Summary0000128: Scammed by Syop
Description

2 Problems:
First, I made a bet with Syop in A2 and he never showed up again (currently in C2) [Quest was not to heal for 2 levels]
Second, he appeared right after I released him in a challenge Room in A1 (he should not appear in the same run he was freed, he can only appear, after the player has done the "cleanup" for him in the base)
